Case Study: Ninja Van Malaysia

Client Overview

Ninja Van is a leading logistics company in Southeast Asia, known for its fast and reliable last-mile delivery network. Our collaboration was with their marketing team to produce high-quality visual assets for brand and internal use.

Objective

Ninja Van needed a refreshed, cohesive image bank that could be used across multiple platforms — including website banners, social media, blogs, internal communications, presentations, hiring ads, and marketing collateral.

Their existing materials lacked variety and the professional consistency needed to match their growing regional presence.

Our Approach

We designed a two-day shoot inside Ninja Van’s operational warehouse to authentically capture their daily logistics process — from parcel handling to dispatch.
Our five-person crew, supported by makeup artists, worked with a mix of Aputure lighting, DJI, and Sony cameras to balance cinematic control with real-world activity.

Given the fast-moving warehouse environment and limited time windows, our team remained agile — blending planned lighting setups with spontaneous, candid moments that highlighted the people and energy behind the brand.

Outcome

The resulting collection of images and video clips became part of Ninja Van’s official asset library, featured across:

  • Website and social media campaigns

  • Presentations and events

  • Hiring and digital advertising

  • Internal communications and packaging materials

The project received strong internal feedback, and Ninja Van rehired us for a subsequent production following the success of this shoot.

The visuals perfectly captured the spirit of our team and operations — professional, efficient, and full of life.
